Records Services provides safe, convenient and economical hard copy storage for active and inactive records. We offer records storage throughout the Southeast. Our secure storage facility is outfitted with air condition, fire sprinklers, and state of the art alarm system. Our secure, private records storage warehouses are closed to the public and our doors remain locked at all times. No one is allowed access to your records accept your preapproved list of access employees who are escorted and accompanied by our staff at all times inside the building. Our staff must pass a pre-employment State and Federal criminal background check and regular drug screening for your protection.

We offer electronic media storage in climate-controlled facility and computer back-up tape rotation services on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. All media are transferred in secure, water proof cases and are rated the best in the industry. All data media are stored in a designated extra secure area of our building and is monitored 24/7. Emergency backup retrieval and delivery is available within an hour notice 24 hours a day – 7 days a week.
